Job Description

• As a profit center head of a region, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall growth of the branches under the region.
• Ensure budgetary compliance by managing direct cost and branch & regional overhead as per the target assigned.
• To act as an enabler in improving profitability of the branches under the region by ensuring target INR profit results.
• Review and analyses outstanding and define PoA to meet collection targets.
• Review & monitor quality of service and complying to Disbandment Control Module and to meet customers on regular basis to ensure customers’ retention as per target.
• Act as a facilitator and enabler for branches helping them to achieve their revenue targets.
• Review and monitor desertion trends and visit and meet direct staff at their place of deployment and barrack to ensure proper working environment for them and to ensure retention of manpower as per target.
• Ensure healthy work environment at branches and region for retention of team members, review performance of downline on regular basis to identify the gap and suggest actions to bridge those for development of team members.
• Act as a role model by policy compliance.
