Job Description

• Acting as the P&L head of the branch and ensure smooth branch operation.
• Liaison with the operations and Sales team to enhance operational activities of the branch, soliciting new business and managing existing clients.
• Facilitating in preparing sales plan and working with sales personnel to meet or exceed the annual branch revenue.
• Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive presentations to customers and negotiating to enhance profitability.
• Meeting with top clients linked with the branch and providing outstanding customer service.
• Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns, and improving activities such as branch growth, profit, achievement of DSO, and disbandment control.
• Bringing put the best of branch team members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
