Mr. R.K. Sinha is a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of SIS Group Enterprises. A journalist by background, the foundation laid by him over 40 years back is responsible for making SIS Group Enterprises a recognized leader in the security and business support services business in Asia Pacific with over 2,50,000 permanent employees. His dream of taking the Company public came to fruition in FY18. He is actively engaged in several philanthropic activities.

Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha ( Managing Director )
The Group Management
Mr. Rituraj Sinha is the Group Managing Director of SIS Group Enterprises. He is an alumnus of the Doon School and Leeds University Business School, UK. He joined the SIS Group Enterprises in 2002 after a brief stint in the banking sector in the UK. Over the years, he has built a reputation for himself in the global security and business support services industry by forging partnerships with global market leaders and orchestrating game-changing acquisitions. He is active on various industry forums and champions the cause of the private security industry at various government forums and industry associations.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Prasad, is the Director โ Finance. He holds a bachelorโs degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and an intermediate degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has more than three decades of experience.

Mr. Uday Singh, is a Non-executive Director and he served as the CEO of SIS Group Enterprises till April 2018. He holds a bachelorโs degree in Science (electrical engineering) from Birla Institute of Technology โ Mesra, Ranchi and a post-graduate diploma in management from Brilliantโs School of Management, Chennai. He has over 39 years of experience in management and has, in the past, held various positions with Metallurgical and Engineering Consultants (India) Limited and Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd., and with Praxair Carbon Dioxide Private Limited as Director and Business Head.

Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha, is a Non-executive Director. She holds a bachelorโs degree in Arts (Hindi) and a bachelorโs degree in Law from Ranchi University. She has around 32 years of experience in the legal field and is currently enrolled with the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Mr. U.K. Sinha served as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for over six years between 2011 and 2017. During his stewardship, SEBI was credited with having brought in significant regulatory amendments in areas such as Takeover Code, Foreign Portfolio Investors, Alternate Investment Funds, REITIs, InVITs., Corporate Governance etc. Prior to this, Mr. U.K. Sinha was the Chairman and Managing Director at UTI Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 until February 2011. Mr. U.K. Sinha was conferred with many awards for his enormous contribution as SEBI Chairman viz. CNBC-TV18 India Business Leader Awards (IBLA) โ Outstanding Contribution to Indian Business Award 2014 and Economic Times – Business Reformer of the Year Award 2014, to name a few. Mr. U.K. Sinha was selected for the Indian Administrative Service in 1976 and holds a a masterโs degree in science and a bachelorsโ degree in Law.

Ms. Rivoli Sinha is an entrepreneur and has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, QSR, the FMCG sectors. She founded NurtureU Enterprises, which is one of the earliest start-ups in the health food sector. She has been instrumental in bringing the leading Australian retail chain, Boost Juice Bars, to India under the brand Joost Juice Bars. JOOST India has exponentially expanded to new locations in hospitals, gyms, highways, and airports. She has been strategizing the growth by providing a channelled pathway to A2dya Organics that has led to the success of the business. Ms. Rivoli Sinha graduated from the globally renowned Les Roches Hotel School in Switzerland. She is also a partner at Indie Nova, a new-age hotel for urban nomad in Goa.

Mr. TCA Ranganathan, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelorโs degree in Arts (Economics) from St. Stephenโs College and a masterโs degree in Arts (Economics) from University of Delhi. He has over 38 years of experience in banking and has, in the past, held various positions with Export Import Bank of India as the Chairman, with State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur as the Managing Director and with State Bank of India as the General Manager of Gujarat operations.

Mr. Verma, a former Chief Labor Commissioner, with expertise of more than 34 years in the areas of Industrial, Labor and Related laws. His significant contribution in the field of law includes maintenance of smooth industrial relation. Under his leadership, 7976 number of Industrial Disputes were disposed of effectively under the Industrial Disputes Act. Because of his expertise in the subject matter and constant monitoring of law, he has successfully maintained the harmonious industrial relations in different corners of India.

Mr. Sunil Srivastav ( Independent Director )
Mr. Sunil Srivastav is a graduate of the University of Delhi and has an MBA degree from Banaras Hindu University. With a long career in banking, he retired as Deputy Managing Director at SBI. In his four-decade long career, he has acquired a rich experience in all areas of banking and is a keen analyst and commentator on the banking and financial sector. Post retirement in April 2018, he has been engaged as a Senior Advisor with Edelweiss Global Wealth and Asset Management and as a Senior Advisor to the World Bank. He previously served on the Boards of Gillanders Arbuthnot Ltd., West Bengal Financial Development Corp., National Payments Corporation of India and Member Global Advisory Board of Mastercard.

Ms. Vrinda Sarup ( Independent Director )
Ms. Vrinda Sarup is a retired IAS officer with over 35 years of administrative experience. Throughout her illustrious career, she held various esteemed positions in the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. She served as the Secretary – Food and Public Distribution in the Government of India and also as the Unionย Secretary – School Education and Literacy. In the Government of Uttar Pradesh, she held eminent positions such asPrincipal Secretary Finance, Principal Secretary Technical & Vocational Education, State Project Director Education for All Projects and served as Collector and District Magistrate at the district level. During her tenure in the Government of India, Ms. Sarup played a significant role in major pan-India school education programmes such as the District Primary Education Programmeand the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. She collaborated closely with International organisations including the World Bank, DFID of UK, UNICEF, European Union and the World Food Programme.Ms. Sarup holds a Masterโs Degree in History from Delhi University and joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1987. After retirement, she continues to contribute to the sectors of Education and Food in an advisory capacity. She currently holds the position of Managing Trustee of the World Food Programme Trust for India. Ms. Sarup is also member of the Management / Executive Committees of DPS society and serves as an Independent Director on the board of International Travel House Limited. Additionally, she is actively involved with several NGOs in the education and social development sectors.

Mr. Deepak Kumar, a retired IAS officer, has extensive experience in various roles at both the State and Central levels. In Bihar, he served as District Magistrate and Collector across nine districts and held positions as Secretary/Principal Secretary in key departments, including Health, Urban Development & Housing, General Administration, Cabinet, Tourism, and Information & Public Relations. At the Central level, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of External Affairs, and Ministry of Home Affairs within the Government of India.
Additionally, he served as the Director General of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). His final assignment before retirement was as Chief Secretary of Bihar. Since retiring, he has been working on contract as the Principal Secretary in the office of the Chief Minister.
