SIS Crosses Rs 10,000 Cr Annual Revenue In Q4

SIS crosses the Rs 10,000 crore annual revenue mark for the first time. FY22 Operating PAT at Rs 288.6 crore, 49.1 per cent up YoY. The company gains the highest ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 2,648 crore.

Consolidated Revenue for FY22 at Rs 10,059 crore, 10.2 per cent YoY growth. While EBITDA for FY22 at Rs 499 crore.

The Consolidated Revenue for Q4FY22 at Rs 2,648 crore, 1.8 per cent YoY growth. While consolidated EBITDA for Q4FY22 at Rs 124 crore.

Rituraj Kishore Sinha, Group Managing Director said, “FY22 has been a landmark year for SIS. We crossed the Rs 10,000 crore annual revenue mark for the first time in our history. All business segments continued to report healthy growth despite the impact of Covid-19 second and third waves, resulting in 10.2 per cent growth YoY.”
