Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha

Mr. Sinha has been serving as the Managing Director of the Company. He is an alumnus of the Doon School, and Leeds University Business School, United Kingdom. Since joining the SIS Group in 2002, he has played a vital role in driving the Company’s exponential growth, leading it to become a Market leader in Security, Facility Management and Cash Logistics Solutions across India, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Throughout his tenure, he has earned a strong reputation in the global security and business support services industry through strategic alliances and partnerships with global market leaders.
He has also been the driving force behind several transformative transactions. Mr. Sinha actively engages with the government on matters pertaining to the private security industry and its extensive workforce. His exceptional abilities have been recognized by various prestigious
platforms, including being featured as a YOUNG TURKS by CNBC, receiving coverage in esteemed publications like Forbes magazine and India Today. Additionally, he frequently speaks at industry forums both in India and internationally. Currently, he serves as the advisor to the
FICCI Private Security Sector Committee and as a Board of Director with the Global Security Industry League, headquartered in Switzerland. In recognition of his contributions, he was appointed as a Member of the Central Advisory Board, Ministry of Labour & Employment,
Government of India in 2017, and as part of the High-Level Expert Committee, Ministry of Defence, Government of India in 2021. He also holds a position on the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Bodhgaya.

Mr. Dhiraj prior to joining SIS Group Enterprises, he successfully established and led several startup businesses in the infrastructure and services sectors. After completing his Mechanical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and MBA and MIM from Tulane and Thunderbird respectively in the USA, he worked with companies like Eicher, Laitram, Tata Steel and Bechtel. He then headed BD for Bovis Lend Lease and was the Country Head for Laing O’Rourke, before he founded vKarma Capital (a PE fund of DLF) and became Senior Advisor with McKinsey and Simplex Infrastructures.

Mr. Brajesh, a qualified CA, worked as Proprietor/Partner of M/s P.B. and Co, Chartered Accountants and Partner of M/s S.K.Nayak and Co with 10 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, Taxation and Company Law Matters. Presently heading over 250 members team handling various Finance and Accounts functions of SIS, has been part of core member team in ERP implementation, Private Equity Transactions and IPO Process of SIS. He also received the award of “Outstanding Individual Contribution” for SIS Group Enterprises for 2011-12.

Mr. Tapash, a mechanical engineer from B. E. College, Shibpur, joined SIS Group Enterprises in 2013 and oversees the security business in India. Mr. Tapash was previously a part of G4S as the CEO heading the manned guarding and electronic security businesses. He brings rich experience and knowledge in developing manned guarding operations and is a key contributor towards the sustainable growth of SIS Group Enterprises year on year.

Mr. R S Murali Krishna has over two decades of experience in diverse areas of M and A, fund raising, project management, business planning, advisory and business turnarounds.
He has previously worked with Ashok Leyland Finance, Sify and Ernst and Young. Joined SIS Group Enterprises in Sep 2017. He is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and is also a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Vineet Toshniwal has over two decades of experience in investment banking and private equity across the globe. He has worked in India and overseas across M and A, Private Equity Fundraising, Capital Markets transactions with Large as well as Mid-Size corporates and has led teams in Investing, Monitoring and Exits. He also served on the Boards of several Portfolio Companies. He has previously worked with UBS, Citigroup, Ernst and Young, and the New York Life Jacob Ballas Funds. He is an alumnus of the University of Southern California, and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Geoff leads the MSS Security management team and oversees a business of over 6,400 employees. He has proven leadership skills with particular focus on customer service, innovation and risk mitigation. Geoff’s committed and collaborative approach fosters a culture of service excellence and is reflective of the positions he has held. Commencing with MSS Security in 2008 as General Manager NSW, Geoff was promoted to Executive General Manager NSW in 2014 and 3 years later became a member of the Board of Directors. In 2018, Geoff took on the role of Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Managing Director in April 2019.

Mr. Shamsher Puri

Mr. Puri is a first-generation entrepreneur with a bachelor’s degree in IT from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore. He has over 30 years of experience in leadership role of hotel, travel and Facility Management industries. He was associated with the Oberoi Hotels for a short span of time, thereafter, he founded an alternate travel experience company in the year 1992 and ran it successfully for the next five years. In the year 1998, he ventured into the Facility Management industry with a proprietorship firm which he rapidly scaled over the next 10 years. Thereafter, in the year 2007, Mr. Puri launched Dusters Hospitality Services Private Limited, which quickly became one of India’s leading domestic IFM service providers and evolved into a formidable player in the IFM space.
