  • SIS recruits guards from 20 training facilities located across India.
  • SIS has been recruiting Graduate Trainee Officers (GTOs) since 1989 through a multi-tier selection test process including physical, medical, written & personal interview.

We add Value to them

  • Train security personnel in a 28 day residential program in various aspects of security.
  • GTOs go through an intensive 6 month program to learn various aspects of running a business and are today the backbone of SIS.


  • SIS has introduced a ‘Performance Management Process’ to retain and nurture talent. The PMP process is based on careful assessment of an individual’s skill sets and performance that fits the organizational growth objectives.
